    2. In order to ensure the firmness of the flight case, various reinforcing parts will be installed during the production of the product. For example, an L-shaped bracket can improve the firmness of the entire flight case; adding waterproof rubber pads under the wheel wells can make The flight case has better waterproof ability, such as those that are to be used outdoors, must have this component;

    3. In order to improve the load-bearing capacity of the box, extend the use time of the wheel plate and the wheel, and additionally install the upper wheel plate reinforcement plate;

    4. Sometimes square tube steel will be installed under the box cover and the wheel plate, the purpose is to make the box stronger when it is stressed up and down;

    5. Most of the flight cases we usually see are made of wood plywood, but now Skyhawk flight cases will also use composite honeycomb panels to produce flight cases, so as to make the flight case stronger and not afraid of it. It was hit during transportation, and this material is also very environmentally friendly and can be recycled. It can take five to eight years, which is two to three times more than the average air box.
